Working with the blue ribbon committee of leadership from the New York Board of Jewish Education and New York UJA Federation, UAI guided a two year strategic planning process to help the New York Board of Jewish Education (BJE) guide the reshaping and refocusing of the agency over the next three years, gradually shifting the agency's emphasis from providing service for educational institutions to leadership in improving Jewish education in the New York area.

This plan documents the results of this processes laying out the priorities of the next three to five years.
